About the Project
The University of Mindanao’s commitment to service excellence in the field of social welfare and development has been established in various platforms. The institution has made novel improvements in evaluating and monitoring 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) beneficiaries and incoming applicants to access such benefits through e4PsMap, a data analytics-driven maternal and neonatal outcomes monitoring, visualization, and dashboard of 4Ps beneficiaries.

Welcome to our comprehensive application designed to streamline and enhance the operations of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Barangay Health Workers (BHW), and 4Ps beneficiaries. Our user-friendly system is accessible through both a mobile app and a website, providing flexibility and convenience. The website can be accessed via www.e4psmap.com, and the mobile app can be downloaded from the BHW's account. Explore the key features of our application below:
4Ps Beneficiaries
- Online Application and Status Tracking: 4Ps beneficiaries can conveniently apply for the program online and track the status of their application in real-time.
- SMS Notifications: Receive SMS notifications containing application reference codes and updates on the status of their application.
- Announcement Updates: Stay up to date with the latest announcements posted by the CSWDO regarding updates and changes related to the 4Ps program.
- Household's Health Records: View health records such as children's immunization details and maternal records (prenatal-postnatal) for pregnant beneficiaries.
BHW Features:
- Barangay Dashboard and Graphical Reports: Access a dedicated dashboard with graphical reports specific to their barangay. This feature provides BHWs with valuable insights and data visualization for efficient decision-making.
- Online Applicant Management:Online Applicant Management: Create and add applicants to the system online, simplifying the application process and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Beneficiary Profile Search and View: Easily search for and view beneficiary profiles, allowing BHWs to access and verify beneficiary information efficiently.
- Beneficiary Information Update: Update beneficiary information profiles in case of erroneous inputs or changes, ensuring data accuracy.
- Decision Support System: Benefit from a Decision Support System that assists BHWs in evaluating and approving 4Ps applicants, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the process.
- Location Mapping: View the location of approved 4Ps beneficiaries on the map along with relevant household information. This feature aids in better resource allocation and service delivery.
- Immunization and Maternal Records: Add immunization details for children and maternal records for pregnant beneficiaries. This feature facilitates comprehensive healthcare monitoring and record-keeping.
- Help, FAQs, and Contact Us: Easily access support resources, FAQs, and contact information for assistance and guidance.
CSWDO Features
- Barangay Map and Plot Points: Access an interactive map of Digos City, divided by barangays, with plot points representing approved 4Ps beneficiaries' information. This feature provides a visual representation for efficient data analysis and management.
- Dashboard and Graphical Reports: Utilize a comprehensive dashboard with graphical reports (e.g., line graphs, bar graphs) to monitor program performance, analyze trends, and facilitate decision-making.
- Decision Support System: Benefit from a Decision Support System that assists CSWDO in evaluating and approving 4Ps applicants, streamlining the process and ensuring consistency.
- Receive Data from Different Barangays: Receive new data from different barangays through the BHWs, promoting collaboration and efficient data integration.
- Compliance Reporting: Generate reports highlighting households that are compliant or non-compliant with the program's rules and regulations. This feature enables targeted interventions and support for non-compliant beneficiaries.
- Verify Newly Registered Beneficiaries: Verify the details of newly registered beneficiaries to ensure accuracy and authenticity of their information.
